the location was convenient, close to the main train station.

The night receptionist was not helpful, offering brief and dismissive answers (i reminded me of i was bothering him). when i asked about the air conditioning, he said it wasn't working and i should "just open the window". asking for details about the airport bus was equally unhelpful. He just told me i'd find it.

the hotel location proved convenient. it was a short walk from the central train station, about ten minutes. this made travel easy. i appreciated the good wi-fi connection. the staff kindly stored my luggage after checkout for a few hours.

The hotel is very close to the central station. It was easy to walk there. The staff were quite helpful. The neighborhood had many options for food and drinks.

The walls seemed thin, so i could occasionally hear noise from other rooms.

i found the hotel location useful, very close to the central station. i could easily walk to the hotel after my train arrived. there was a minimarket nearby, convenient. the shopping options near the hotel, away from the duomo crowds, added to the appeal!!!

the room was clean. the staff at reception was kind. i appreciated that the hotel is close to the central station, a short walk. i found it easy to get around. a lovely restaurant called rosso mattone is very close.

the room felt dated. the bathroom had a shower curtain. it felt small for two people and expensive, given what i experienced.
